Mycket enkelt och gott!
Today I was at Netto and they had some really good deals! I was amazed of the price of the kale, I bought a whole bag for 3 kr! (I ate a kale salad for lunch so in the picture it is only half left) A good yogurt for me, should taste a little sour, so I prefer without sugar or flavor, because a sour yogurt plus sweet granola, omg, heaven. And the soygurt was only 9.50 kr ≈ 1 dollar. I will defiantly go back and buy more of everything haha. OH and can we take a moment for this hazelnut milk, it is soo god. It has 4% added sugar but that doesn´t hurt, now in the winter i like to heat it with some kakao and it tastes like perfection! And I usually make my own lemonade, but this one was on sale and it is my favorite, it is perfect for a warm summer day, but it is that good, that I drink it all the year round.
Yesterday I got to witness something magnificent, it has been my dream since many years to see what I saw yesterday. I am talking about Northern Lights! I didn´t think it was possible to see it were I live but I was wrong. It was such a beautiful thing to see, but sadly very hard to get on camera.✨
Hello, so this will be my first real post. I am new to this so sorry if I am doing something wrong. Ok now to the topic. In the evening i like to watch movies, and i can´t watch my movie without a good snack! Since I have become vegan I can´t eat what I did before. But that´s not a problem, not at all! I have experimented in the kitchen for the perfect snack, and it is time to share it! LIMEBALLS! With these balls+ some fruit+ tea and I am ready to enjoy the movie! :D
To make this delicious vegan balls you will need:
👉 1 Spoon coconut oil
👉1 Spoon acacia honey
👉 2 dl oatflour (mixed oats)
👉2 Spoons of almond milk
👉 1 tbs lime juice and 1 tbs zest¨
👉 A pinch of salt
How to make:
I mixed the oats until flour in the food processor, now you can mix everything by hand, but i choose to leave it in the food processor. I added the rest and started to mix, make sure that the lime is organic because we will use the zest. Once it was done, i rolled them into balls and rolled in chia seeds, coconut shreds would also be nice, but I prefer the chia seeds because it adds a crunch! :)
