Here's another breakfast tip for you. Quark (high in protein, and I use the one that is low in fat), muesli with pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, oats, raisins and cranberries. Topped with agave and summer berries :) When I'm done at work today, I will be going away for a few days. This recipe is really simple and fast, but of course it gets better the longer it cooks (as always with tomato sauce). All you do is fry finely chopped onion, garlic and chili in olive oil. Add canned tomatoes (I like the canned cheery ones the best) and a little bit of agave syrup. Let it cook for as long as possible, add chickpeas and let them cook for a little while. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then drizzle over some olive oil and parsely. Done! Here I served it with whole wheat couscous.
Overnight oats with chia seeds, agave and cinnamon became today's breakfast. 1 dl of oats, 1 1/2 tbsp of chia seeds, 1 1/2 dl of oat milk (or any milk of your choice), some agave syrup (optional) and season it with cinnamon to taste. Mix it together and put it in the fridge over night. Top with whatever fruits or berries you like! The best breakfast when your short on time in the morning. It's ready to eat when you wake up, it's filling and it's good for you :)
A few days ago, I tried something I've never done before: fake freckles. Did a simple eye and natural lips, and since I've never done freckles before I made them quite subtle. It was fun trying it out!

A couple of days ago, my mom made such a good minestrone soup with wheat berries (called farro), pancetta and black kale. It had a lot of flavour and was not that hard to make. Next time you make minestone, try farro instead of pasta :) The recipe is from the book Det goda enkla by Anna and Fanny Bergenström.
Played around with makeup and this is what I came up with. A spotlight eye and lots of glow. Hope you like it!
I can have avocado on anything really, but this is one way of eating it :) it makes a really good snack on lightly salted rice or corn crackers with just salt, pepper and some olive oil on top. Perfect!

This is probably one of the best recipe on oats I've ever tried. Made "cirkusgröt" (as it is called in swedish) this morning, and it tasted so good! All you do is pan fry one mashed banana in some butter, then you add one egg and let it cook until it looks something like scrambled eggs. Then add 1 dl oats, 1 dl milk of your choice and a pinch of salt. Let everything cook together for a couple of minutes, and then it's done! You can also add vanilla powder, cinnamon, cardamom, or whatever seasoning you like. To make it vegan you just use a vegan protein powder or maybe some chia seeds instead of egg and coconut oil instead of butter. Top it with whatever you feel like. I just topped mine with frozen blueberries and some milk.
