Ingredients:

-3 eggs

-3 1/3 dl brown sugar

-200 gram butter

-3 dl flour

-300 gram grated carrots

-2 teaspoons cinnamon

-2 teaspoons baking powder

-75 gram walnuts


Filling:

-200 gram cream cheese

-2 tablespoons water

-1 dl icing sugar

-2 teaspoons grated orange peel

-2 teaspoons orange juice (from the orange)


Procedure:

Mix the sugar and eggs together in a clean bowl.

Melt butter.

Put all the dry ingredients together.

Then you mix everything in where you put the eggs and sugar.

You then add the grated carrots and the walnuts.

Pour it then in as many muffin forms you think you will need. Have it in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.

Ingredients:

-2 bars of dark chocolate (2X100)

-80 gram butter

-2 eggs

-150 gram sugar

-1 1/2 tablespoon cocoa

-3 teaspoons maizena flour

-1/3 teaspoon salt


First you put water in a saucepan and wait for it to boil. Then when it has boiled you put the chocolate in a glass bowl which you place on the top of the saucepan.

You then melt butter in another saucepan at a low temperature.

Put the butter into the mixer first, and then add all of the chocolate.

Add sugar to the mixture.

Mix in eggs, cocoa, maizena flour, and a little bit of salt.

Thereafter it is time to put the dough over in a cake form and put the oven on 180 degrees. The cake should be in for circa 30 min in the middle of the oven.

You can also decorate with some powdered sugar as I did on mine if you feel for it.

Ingredients:

Bottom:

-3 egg whites

-2 dl icing sugar

-2 dl almonds


Filling:

-5 dl cream

-150 gram icing sugar

-3 egg yolks

-2 tablespoons coffee

-1 big daim-chocolate


Decoration:

-1 daim-chocolate


Procedure:

Put the oven on 180 degrees.

Whip the egg whites till it is stiff.

Add icing sugar, and whip for a short time.

Then you crush almonds in a cutter.

Stir in the ground almonds.

Put it on a greased form. (I chose to have parchment paper beneath the cake, so it would not get stuck.)

Then you have it in the oven for 30-35 minutes.

Meanwhile you can start doing the filling. You first whip the cream.

Then you find another bowl where you add icing sugar and the 3 egg yolks. Mix it together.

Add coffee.

Then you put it in the other bowl, and mix.

Add the cut daim-chocolate.

This is the result of the bottom of the cake.

Then you add the filling. When thats done you have to freeze the cake, and later you can decorate it with daim chocolate that has been cut into small pieces.

-1 dl corn oil

-1 box Philladelfia cheese

-180 gram icing sugar

-1 teaspoon vanilla sugar


Procedure:

Put the oven on 180 degrees.

Mix the eggs and sugar together in a clean bowl.


Put cinnamon, baking soda, salt and vanilla sugar in another bowl.

Then you put all of that into the bowl with the mix of egg and sugar.

Add corn oil.

Then you add all of the grated carrots.

Pour it in a cake tin. Have it in the oven for 40-45 min.

Then you start with the filling. First you measure the icing sugar on a small weight.

Thereafter you add the philladelfia cheese and vanilla sugar to it and use a mixmaster for mixing.

Then you put the filling on your cake.

I also chose to decorate a little with grated chocolate.

Ingredients:

-Strawberries

-Galia melon

-Pineapple

Procedure:

Choose all the different fruits that you want. I found it interesting to try melon, strawberries and pineapple.

Then you wash the strawberries to make sure they are clean.

Thereafter, you put water in a saucepan, and wait for it to boil.

I tried something new which I have never done before: I made a bain-marie(water bath) to gradually heat up chocolate that I put in a glass bowl.

Then you cut up your fruits.

​And lastly you dip them in the chocolate, and put it in the fridge to cool down.

Ingredients:

Meringue base:

-3 eggs

-5/6 teaspoon white wine vinegar

-1 2/3 dl sugar

-5/6 teaspoon maizena

-0,42 teaspoon vanilla sugar


Pavlova filling:

-1 1/4 dl whipping cream

-5/6 tablespoon sugar

Custard:

-8 eggs

-1 dl sugar

-2 vanilla beans

-8 dl milk

-2 tablespoons maizena


Pavlova decorations:

-125 grams strawberries and blueberries


Procedure:

Put the oven on 200 degrees.

Whip egg whites in a clean bowl.

Put white wine vinegar in while whipping. Mix sugar, maizena and vanilla beans, and add it little by little in the egg whites while you are still whipping.

When the mass is smooth and firm, you put it on a parchment paper on a baking sheet and form it as you want.

Lower the temperature in the oven to 100 degrees and put the pavlova in bottom of the oven. Roast the cake for 60-70 min.

For the custard you first wisp eggs and sugar in a saucepan.

Scrape out the vanilla pods out of the vanilla beans and have it in the egg mixture. Add milk and maizena and wisp it together. Heat the mixture and stir it at the same time till you get a suitably thick cream. (The cream shall not boil!) Then you cool it in cold water.

I also whipped cream which I put together with the custard on the cake.

Then I put on lots of berries on the cake which made it tasty.

And that's it! A great dessert you can make for Christmas.

Gingerbread is one of the nicest things you can bake together during christmas, and for many this is a

compulsory thing to do. Here you get the best recipe for gingerbread:


Ingredients:

-150 gram butter

-1 dl syrup

-2 dl sugar

-1 dl cream

-1/2 teaspoon w/carnation

1/2 teaspoon w/ginger

1/2 teaspoon w/pepper

2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon baking soda

450 gram flour


Procedure:


Mix butter, syrup and sugar in a saucepan. Heat until everything is completely melted. Then take the saucepan away from the heat and cool the mixture a little.



Add cream, spices, baking soda and some of the flour.



The rest of the flour you mix in little by little until you get a smooth and firm dough.


Let the gingerbread dough stay cold till the next day.


Put the oven on 175 degrees. Knead the dough in a little flour on the table and roll it. Have fun and use as many different gingerbread shapes as you want!



And voila! Delicious gingerbread that you can decorate and then share with the whole family.
