Yesterday I made homemade sushi for dinner. It took some time to prepare everything, but it was well worth it.
All you need to make the perfect sushi rice is brown rice, sushi rice and sushi su. If you want to make maki rolls you will need sushi nori and a bamboo mat. I had prawns, salmon, cucumber and peppers inside. Since I'm not a big fan of raw fish, I seared my salmon in sesame oil and seasoned it with salt & pepper. The sushi came really nice with the crispy salmon with sesame flavor. Serve with soy sauce and lots of wasabi. Enjoy!
