Hej alle mine fantastiske læsere.

Jeg vil gerne sige undskyld for at der ikke
er kommet opslag op i meget lang tid, men det er
fordi jeg ikke rigtig har haft overskud til at lægge noget op..

Men her kommer der lige nogle mærkelige ting jeg gør.

1. jeg trykker mig selv på halsen, fordi jeg føler at jeg bedre
kan styre min tunge. Der er tit nogen som tror jeg
er ved at blive kvalt, men det er jeg ikke..

2. Jeg græder når jeg ligger på siden med åbne øjne,
(når jeg for eksempel ligger og ser fjernsyn, så kommer der
altid tårer ud af det øje som jeg ligger med siden ned af)

3. Jeg hader at få varmt vand i ansigtet, og bare i hovedet generelt,
så jeg tager altid bad i mega koldt vand.

i would like to say sorry for not posting anything,
but it is because I have not had energy to post something,

But here is some strange things that i do all the time.

1. I press myself on the neck, because I feel I can better control my tongue.
People thinks that I'm about to get strangled when i do it, but i am really not.

2. I cry when i lay on the side with my eyes open, (when i lay
down and watch TV, there always comes tears
out of the eye, as i lay face down by.

3. I hate getting hot water in my face, and on the head in general,
so i always shower in cold wather..

Hej allesammen.

Som nogen af jer nok ved har jeg været på forlænget weekend til London med min Mor, søster og bedsteforældre. Jeg vil her fortælle lidt om hvad vi lavede.

Dag 1 - Fredag:

Vi var i Stansted Lufthavn ca. kl 11.30. Vi nåede vores hotel ca. kl 13.00.

Hotellet hed Imperial Hotel, og kan i den grad anbefales.

Hotellet lå lige ved siden af Russell square, hvor vi spiste frokost på noget som hedder Café in the Gardens. jeg fik en slags toast som var lidt tør.

Vi gik helt vildt meget den første dag, vi skulle over og prøve The London Eye. Og ja, min mormor og morfar kendte selvfølgelig en virkelig smart genvej, som jo faktisk også var mega meget længere end den vej vi kunne have gået, men det er ligemeget, for så fik vi set noget af byen. Vi nåede frem til London eye, ca kl 16.00.

Vi havde en god tur, og der var en rigtig god udsigt.

Da vi kom ned igen var klokken ca 16.30

Efter vi havde været i London eye, gik vi rundt og kiggede på byen, indtil vi blev sultne, så gik vi ind på en lille restaurant der hed Tas som lå på Bloomsbury, hvor vi spiste Fish n' chips, det smagte rigtig godt, kan også anbefale dette sted.

Efter vi havde spist gik vi tilbage på hotellet, fordi vi var trætte og jeg havde ondt i mine ben.

Vi endte med at gå 15 km den dag.

Dag 2 - Lørdag:

Vi startede med at gå ned og spise morgenmad.

Efter det gik vi en tur i Russell Square park, hvor der var vildt mange søde egern.

Så gik vi tilbage til Hotellet for at købe en busbillet. I bussen fik man gratis hovedtelefoner, fordi der var en mand som fortalte hvad man kørte forbi.

Vi kørte hen til The Tower Of London, det var rigtig smukt, og der var nogle rigtig søde fugle,

og vi fik set kronjuvelerne. Vi spiste også frokost på Tower of London, jeg fik en sandwich med kylling, og den smagte rigtig godt.

Vi så Tower bridge.

Da vi var færdige med at være på Tower, gik vi ned og tog bussen igen, vi tog ned til Oxford street. Der var virkelig, virkelig, virkelig mange mennesker overalt.. Det var ligesom om at hele københavn bare havde samlet sig på en gade..

Jeg købte kun en T-shirt inde i Urban Outfitters.

Da vi alle sammen var ved at få stress af alle menneskerne, og jeg havde ondt i mine ben og fødder, besluttede vi at finde et sted at spise. Vi fandt så en græsk restaurant, som hed Yialousa Greek Taverna. Klokken var ca 20.00 da vi fik noget, så vi var alle sammen mega sultne. Jeg fik en chicken salad, som smagte vildt godt.

Efter det gik vi hjem og sov, for vi var mega trætte..

Vi endte med at gå ca. 13 km.

Dag 3 - Søndag

Vi tog en bus ud til The Science Museum, hvor vi så på dinosaurer og en masse andre dyr.. (dyrene var selvfølgelig ikke levende) det var rigtig spændende.

Efter vi havde været på The Science Museum, tog vi hen til Victoria and Albert museet, og gik rundt og kiggede lidt der.

Da vi blev sultne gik vi ind i Victoria and Albert museets kantine og fik noget at spise. Jeg fik en sandwich med skinke og ost og noget salat ved siden af.

Da vi var færdige med at kigge på Victoria and Albert gik vi hen og tog en bus, det tog virkelig lang tid at komme hjem.

Da vi kom hjem på hotellet fik vi "afternoon tea" det var rigtig hyggeligt og det smagte rigtig godt, vi fik en kage, jeg fik et stykke fersken kage, som smagte rigtig godt. Efter det gik vi bare i seng.

Dag 4 - Mandag

Vi skulle hjem om mandagen. Så vi gik ned og spiste morgenmad, og derefter gik vi op og pakkede vores ting.

Så gik min morfar og søster hen til m&m's world og købte nogle m&m's og min mor, mormor og jeg gik på British Museum for at kigge på mumier og deres andre spændende ting.

Efter det tog vi hjem på hotellet og hentede vores bagage, og kørte til lufthavnen. og fløj hjem til danmark..

Hi everyone.

As some of you probably know, I have been on extended weekend to London with my mother, sister and grandparents. Here I will tell you a little about what we were doing.

Day 1 - Friday:

We were in Stansted Airport about at 11:30 AM We reached our hotel around 1:00 PM

The hotel was called the Imperial Hotel, and is recommendable

The hotel was right next to Russell square, where we ate lunch at something called Café in the Gardens.

I got a kind of toast which was a little dry.

We walked a lot on the first day, we had to try and The London Eye. And yes, my grandmother and grandfather knew a really smart shortcut which in fact was much longer than the way we could have gone, but it does not matter, as we saw a lot of the city. We reached London eye, about 4.00. PM

We had a good trip, and there was a really good view.

When we came back down was at approximately 4.30 PM

After we had been in London eye, we walked around and looked at the city,

until we got hungry, so we went into a little restaurant called Tas lying in Bloomsbury, where we ate Fish n 'chips, it tasted really good, I can also recommend this place.

After we had eaten, we went back to the hotel, because we were tired and I had pain in my legs.

We ended up going about 15 km that day.

Day 2 - Saturday:

We started to go down and have breakfast.

After that we went for a walk in Russell Square park, where there was many cute squirrel.

Then we went back to the hotel to buy a bus ticket. In the bus got  free headphones, because there was a man who told what we drove past.

We drove to The Tower Of London, it was really beautiful, and there were some really cute birds,

and we got to see the crown jewels. We also ate lunch at the Tower of London, I got a sandwich with chicken, and it tasted really good.

We saw the Tower bridge.

When we were done with being on the Tower, we went down and took the bus again, we went down to Oxford street. It was really, really, really many people everywhere .. It was as if the entire Copenhagen just had gathered on a street ..

I only bought a T-shirt from Urban Outfitters.

When we were all about to get stress of all the people, and I had pain in my legs and feet, we decided to find a place to eat. We  found a Greek restaurant, called Yialousa Greek Taverna. It was about 20:00 when we got something, so we were all hungry. I got a chicken salad, which tasted good.

After that we went home and slept, because we were very tired ..

We ended up walking about 13 km.

Day 3 - Sunday

We went to get breakfast.

Then we took a bus to The Science Museum, where we saw the dinosaurs and many other animals .. (Animals was of course not alive) it was really exciting.

After we had been at The Science Museum, we went to the Victoria and Albert Museum, and walked around and looked a little there.

When we were hungry we went into the Victoria and Albert museum's cafeteria and got something to eat. I got a sandwich with ham and cheese and some salad alongside.

When we had finished looking at the Victoria and Albert, we went and took a bus, it took a really long time to get home.

When we got back to our hotel we got something called "afternoon tea" it was really nice and it tasted really good, we all got a piece cake, I got a piece of peach cake, which tasted very good. After that, we just went to bed.

Day 4 - Monday

We were going home on Monday. So we went down and had breakfast, and then we went up and packed our things.

My grandfather and sister to m & m's world and bought some m & m's and my mother, grandmother and I went to the British Museum to look at mummies and other of their exciting things.

After that we went back to the hotel and got our luggage and drove to the airport, and flew home to Denmark ..

Hej allesammen.

I dette indlæg vil jeg prøve at gøre jer lidt klogere på hvilket make up, jeg tager med, når jeg skal på weekend eller på ferie. Det kan godt være at det er en lidt mærkelig rækkefølge jeg putter tingene i min wallet, men ellers er der ikke plads til det hele, da det er en meget lille taske.

Og nej, jeg har ikke særlig meget med...

Jeg har alt min makeup i en lille sort makeup wallet, fra Louis Vuitton.

Det første jeg plejer at putte i er en pudder, i dette tilfælde en fra Rimmel London (Stay Matte)

Det næste er noget som jeg ikke kan leve uden,

min mascara er et must, så jeg ikke kommer til at ligne et eller andet dødt dyr. Denne er fra Nilens jord (Jumbo Volume Mascara)

Derefter kommer jeg min concealer, det er dog meget forskelligt hvilken jeg bruger, da jeg har to forskellige. Men i dette tilfælde tog jeg min Nilens Jord (Duo Concealer) med.

Så putter jeg min bronzer fra Elf i, (den er købt i Bilka, til 40 kr mener jeg)

Så putter jeg min blush i, den er fra MAC og er i farven peaches.

Til at komme blush på bruger jeg en børste fra L'oréal Paris.

Det næste jeg kommer i er min eyeliner, fra L'oréal Paris, (Super liner, Perfect Slim)

Sidst men overhovedet ikke mindst putter jeg min naked Basics i. Den er blevet et af mine yndlings produkter, jeg bruger den næsten hver dag. 8

Jeg plejer at have mine Real Techniques Børster,

i den holder som de kom i ved siden af.

Jeg håber i fik lidt inspiration til hvad i kan pakke, næste gang i står og har pladsmangel i jeres små makeup tasker.

Hi every one.

In this post I will try to make you a little wiser about what make up, I will put in my bag when i need to go on weekend or on vacation. It may be that it is a little strange order I put things in my wallet, but otherwise there is no room for it all, because it is a very small bag.

And no, I have not very much but ...

I have all my makeup in a small black makeup wallet from Louis Vuitton.

The first thing I usually put in is a powder,  this one is from Rimmel London (Stay Matte)

The next thing is something I can't live without, my mascara is a must, so I'm not going to look like some dead animal. This is from the brand Nilens Jord (Jumbo Volume Mascara)

Then i'll throw my concealer in, it is very different which I use, since I have two. But in this case I took one from the brand Nilens Jord (Duo Concealer).

Then I'll put my bronzes from Elf, (i brought it in a grocery store,  for 6$ I think)

So I will put my blush in, it is from MAC and in the color peaches.

To come blush on, I use a brush from L'Oréal Paris.

The next thing I put in is my eyeliner, from L'Oréal Paris, (Super liner, Perfect Slim)

Last but not least I'll put my naked Basics in. It has been one of my favorite products I've ben using it almost every day.

I usually have my Real Techniques brushes, in the package that they came in.

Hej Igen

Som i jo nok læste på mit andet indlæg, så har jeg en sygdom, som hedder PKAN eller NBIA som det kaldes i USA, nu vil jeg så prøve at forklare lidt om hvad det er.

Jeg kan selvfølgelig kun tale for mig selv, og jeg ved kun, hvad den gør ved mig.

NBIA gør sådan at man ophober jern i hjernen, jernet sætter sig på nogle centre i hjernen, i mit tilfælde sidder det på mit balancecenter, koncentrations center og mit talecenter. Sygdommen er uhelbredelig, man arbejder på at finde en kur, men det er ikke lykkedes endnu. Børn der har NBIA fødes som helt normale og almindelige, de kan det samme som alle andre børn kan.

Jeg er ramt af den atypiske form, hvilket vil sige at jeg var "voksen" da jeg fik det konstateret. Vi fandt først ud af at jeg havde NBIA da jeg var 16 år.

Jeg har egentlig altid været lidt klodset, sådan som jeg husker det. Da jeg var ca 3 år begyndte jeg at gå på tæer, da jeg var ca 11 fik jeg konstateret ADHD og begyndte at tage ADHD-medicin, fordi jeg havde koncentrationsbesvær. - det skal så lige siges at ADHD-medicin kun virker på børn med ADHD. Da min mor og jeg fortalte til psykiateren at det der medicin jeg fik ikke virkede, sagde hun at jeg skulle tage noget andet medicin, det prøvede vi så 3 hvis ikke flere gange, og så sagde vi stop og droppede samarbejdet med hende.

NEJ! JEG HAR BESTEMT IKKE ADHD!

Samme tid med at jeg fik ADHD-Medicin, begyndte jeg at sige lyde, som for eksempel rømmen (hoste lyde) min far sagde at jeg skulle stoppe det, men det er faktisk ret svært når man ikke selv kan gøre for det.

Jeg tror egentlig altid jeg har været udfordret på balancen, altså jeg kan sagtens stå på et ben, både med åbne og lukkede øjne og jeg kan sagtens gå på line, bare det ikke er alt for lang tid af gangen. Grunden til at jeg nogle gange mister balancen er at jeg får krampe i mine ben, det er ikke sådan voldsomt smertefuldt, det gør selvfølgelig lidt ondt. Jeg tror faktisk aldrig der er gået en dag, hvor jeg ikke har haft et blåt mærke bare et eller andet sted på min krop. :)

Talebesværet kom da jeg var ca 13 år, det var nok noget af det mest ydmygende for vi fik 2 nye klasser på min årgang, og jeg følte ikke jeg kunne snakke med dem. Jeg begyndte at gå til talepædagog, hvilket jeg syntes var endnu mere ydmygende, fordi jeg syntes at det var kun noget små børn, som ikke havde lært at tale skulle til. Jeg følte ikke at jeg var god nok. Den følelse har jeg stadig nogen gange..

Nu får jeg noget som hedder EDTA, som renser giftstoffer, og det jeg har for meget af ud af mit blod som for eksempel jern, og så får jeg en masse kosttilskud, og så drikker jeg rigtig meget vand, fordi at EDTA kun hjælper, hvis man hjælper det med at rense ud.

Jeg håber i har det godt og at i vil tage godt imod dette lidt anderledes opslag.

As you probably read in my other posts, I have a disease, called PKAN or NBIA (as it is called in the US), now will I try to explain a little about what it is.

Obviously I can only speak for myself, and I only know what it does to me.

NBIA do so that I accumulates iron in the brain, the iron is deposited on some brain centers, in my case it is on my balance center, concentration center and my speech center. The disease is incurable, doctors is working on finding a cure, but it has not succeeded yet. Children who have NBIA is born as perfectly normal and common, they can the same things as all other children.

I am struck by the atypical form, which means that I was "adult" when I got found. We first found out I had NBIA when I was 16 years.

I've actually always been a little clumsy, as I remember it. When I was about three years I began to walk on my toes when I was about 11 I was diagnosed with ADHD and stated on ADHD medication, because I had difficulty concentrating. - So it must be said that ADHD medications work only on children with ADHD. When my mother and I told the psychiatrist that what medication I was given did not work, she said that I should take any other medicine, we tried it 3 if not several times, we said stop and dropped collaborated with her.

NO! I DO NOT HAVE ADHD!

Same time I got ADHD Medication, I began to make noises, such as throat clearing (cough sounds) my father told me to stop it, but it is actually quite difficult when you can not help it.

I think actually always I have been challenged on the balance sheet, So I can easily stand on one leg, both with open and closed eyes and I can easily go on a line, just not too long of a time. The reason I sometimes lose balance is that I get cramps in my legs, it's not tremendously painful, it makes the course a little hurt. I think actually never have passed a day I have not had a bruise just somewhere on my body. :)

Speaking Hassle came when I was about 13 years, it was probably one of the most humiliating for we got 2 new classes of my year, and I did not feel I could talk to them. I began to go to speech therapy, which I thought was even more humiliating, because I thought it was just some little children who had not learned to speak was needed. I felt that I was good enough. The feeling is still coming sometimes ..

Now I get something called EDTA, which cleans toxins and I have too much out of my blood, such as iron, and then I get a lot of supplements, and so I drink a lot of water, because EDTA only helps if you helps it clean out.

Til dagligt går jeg på HF og går til ridning 2 gange om ugen.

Daily i go on HF, (witch is very similar to High school) and doing horse riding 2 times a week.

For a little less than 2 years ago, I was diagnosed with PKAN or NBIA, as it is called, which means that it is hard for me to talk, keep the balance and it is very hard for me to keep concentrated.
