It 's so nice to be able to fall back to useful habits again and eat clean. Today Ive gone back to my healthy routine again with a breakfast that always consist of one pressed lemon and grated ginger. Then I always eat blueberries together with soy yogurt or chiapudding, or gluten free oatmeal and scrambled eggs. I also eat one avocado for the benefit of the essental fats.

My midsummer was really the best ever. It started not so good when I and my dear partner stressed as hell when we were off to travel to Österlen to celebrate in a summer cottage along with our newfound friends . Once we got there we were completely taken by the large and super cozy cottage which was only a walking distance from the sea. We brought my mother in laws herring cake, ate midsummer classic food, grilled meat, midsummer cake, a hell of a lot of schnapps , good beer and wonderfully tasty rosé . We also grilled marshmallows. Then we played a Swedish cub game, danced limbo and danced all night out and even took an evening swim in the sea. This right was definitely one of the best nights of my life, unforgettable . An evening you never wanted to end.
