This is a good example of what unmotivation looks like, I don’t even think that’s a word but I believe we all should be creative in our own ways hahah, what I’m saying is that I lose motivation all the time. My idea since the first post was to write at least 3 times a week but that didn’t go as I planned. I wasn’t motivated to do it for days but I knew I had to do it but I had forgot my why for writing. But as you see I found it and now I want to share with you my number one tip to get back on track!
You got to find your why.
When you lose motivation about something, your job, school, hobby or when you catch yourself thinking: Why am I even doing this? You know you have lost your why. You got to have a why because that’s what’s going to get you back on track when you’re feeling lost.
It is better if your why is internal rather than external. For example if my why for writing was to get famous, I know I wouldn’t be doing it for long, because I would be obsessed over how many visitors I had per day or what people reading my blog would think. But if I do it for me, I think I still would be writing even if nobody wasn’t reading it.
And I do, I do it for me. I do it because I love to write, it feels like therapy and I also love to grow, to learn new things and later to teach people about it. That’s my why and that’s a kind of why you will need to get back on track. So choose a why that is based on you not others!
Hope that will help you when you’re feeling lost and if it does let me know.
So yeah, til the next post, mi amor! Cuidate.
