So, our journey began yesterday after saying goodbye to my host family. I can not believe that my journey in the u.s is kind of over, while for my family, it is just about to begin. My family arrived in Los angeles this tuesday and throughout the week I have been trying to show them everything there is to show in Santa Barbara. It has been hard going place to place knowing that it´s gonna be a while until I get the chance to visit my second home again. Nevertheless, I know that I will come back, hopefully sooner than I think. Besides, I can not thank my host family and my teacher Sarah enough who taught me so many things throughout my year here in California. You guys are truly amazing <3
On our way to San Diego we stopped in Santa Monica to checkout the pier. After that, we ended up stuck in traffic for about 2 hours before we arrived at our hotel.
Santa Monica Pier..
After a good night of sleep we drove to downtown this morning to check what San Diego has to offer. The city is even more beautiful now then last time I was here. The tall Skyscrapers, the greenery and the fact that the city is not that busy as in many other cities makes San Diego one of my favorite cities I have ever seen.
