It's been really hard these days with what I'm supposed too eat & stuff.
But I have worked my butt if too eat clean & work out.

Yesterday I had the day of, so I went to the gym for a cycling class & it really felt! But it was really nice!

& I'm also really excited 'cause I've lost -15 kilos now!
I'm having like a deal with myself that for every -10kilos I'm going to do something really fun & when I lost -10kilos I went to Berlin. so it's only -5kilos until it's time for me to have a good Time =)

I have a few classes next week that I'm excited about, so I'm going to a cycling class on Monday & Zumba on Wednesday. I haven't found anything else 'cause I'm working but I'm hoping that the weather will be good so I can go out for some walks as well!

II decided to not do the diet anymore or that one that I was on.
I have been feeling really bad these days & I do not want to be unhappy.

I will still work hard to get to my goals, but I'm going to eat real food & take it the real way.
So about next week I think, I'm going to
My moms place & we're going to cook dinner together & make little take out boxes with food that I can bring with me to work.

Well well I shouldn't be sad. At least I tried & it didn't work for me. Just go on with the next thing.

Anyways time for me to get to sleep!

What a day!
Just started a new diet out.
I wasn't on a diet before, but I knew that I couldn't continue the way I did.

Anyways, this first week is a white week & it's like the hardest thing..
I'm constantly hungry & craving for something but I'm hoping from the bottom from my heart that it will work!

I'm kind of scared, but that's probably because it's new & I doesn't really know how to handle it yet.
I can't wait until next week when I can start eat real food again!

The first day of the white week is done, only six more days!
I'm also really happy that I'm opening this week so the day's end faster. I'm working 4am to 1pm so I'm going to bed quite early & that's a good thing now!

But I just wanted to check in with you & letting you know about my first day on this diet.
Now it's time for me to go to sleep.

Okey, I just wanted to say hey & welcome to my blog!
I'm a 19 year old girl & I'm trying to lose some weight.

I wanted a place where I could write down my thoughts & inspiration so that's why I created this blog.

I have one more thing to say tho before I end this blog post & that's that I have other things that I'm going to do first, but I'm hoping that I can update this blog at least once a day.
